Judy was a fireball of energy and enthusiasm - she will be sadly missed. Her commitment to the monthly Bingo program at Bay Bluffs (continued from her mother's legacy) was inspirational and it was a pleasure to see her "in action" with the seniors. May she rest in God's eternal peace.

Judy was a very kind, down-to-earth person who cared deeply about her family, friends and community. I will miss her, as will many others. Condolences to her family and friends, and to Sammi, her dog that she dearly loved, and especially to her twin brother, Jim. I am very sorry for her loss. She was a great person!

My sincere sympathy to Ryan and Courtney McCaffrey, her children and also to Jim Lipscomb, her beloved twin brother. Judy was one remarkable woman as a mother, sister and friend. She was always so exuberant in what she said and did....over the top person. I remember her telling me that her favorite day was the 4th of July and shared some with her. Always remember, "What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us."

To Ryan and Courtney, What an amazing, fun loving, talented, remarkable woman your Mother was....just like BJ!! She was such fun to work with even after her diagnosis. Her time was cut way too short but what wonderful memories she left behind. Bless you and your Uncle Jim too. Ann Hylant

We met Judy in 2011 as we were planning a kitchen remodel. We clicked immediately and knew she was the one for the job. We soon thought of her as a friend. She just had that affect on people. What a wonderful lady! The hot dogs and beer during the 4th of July parade, the chili at the Christmas open house showed her generous spirit. We live primarily downstate but will miss not being able to stop in the shop to say hi to her when we are in Harbor Springs. Our hearts and prayers are with the family as they cope with their loss.
