Longtime area resident Patsy Ann Keiser, passed peacefully with her family at her side on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Bay Bluffs Medical Care Facility in Harbor Springs at the age of 84.
Patsy was born on October 22, 1932 in Rexton, Michigan to William and Julia (Maddix) Kerridge. Her family moved north to the Levering area where Patsy attended the Canby School.
On September 2, 1949 she married Ellwyn Keiser in Levering where they made their home and raised their family. Ellwyn preceded Patsy in death on February 28, 2001. She enjoyed crochet, crafting of all sorts and gardening.
Her legacy and her greatest source of love support and pride was her family, and they include her children, Phyllis (George) Smith of Levering, Bill (Barbara) Keiser of Levering, Lisa Frier of Jacksonville, Florida, and Kim (Gerald) Mueller of Levering, her grandchildren, Rodney, Melissa, Tammy, David, Christopher, Aaron, Jessica, Joshua, Matthew, Daniel, Mary, Thomas, Amanda, Ashley, Joele, Sabrina, Raymond and Larry, great grandchildren, Tim, Tyler, Tanner, Ben, Joe, Hunter, Johnathan, Kanen, Layden, Olivia, Shoshanna, Randal, Destiny, Jonathan, Jaden, Logan, Savannah, Harper, Devon, Hailie, Lucas, Covan, Allistair, Axton, Trinity, Jocelynn, Jaelyn and Serenity, great-great grandchildren, Clayton, Weston and Castiel. Her surviving siblings include, Mona Fay, and William Kerridge. She was preceded in death by her son, Ellwyn Keiser Jr., grandchildren, Sarah, Amy and Patsy, her sister Linda and her son-in-law, Irving Frier.
Her family will honor and remember her life on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Stone Funeral Home. The funeral service will be led by Pastor Gary Mindel of the Harbor Light Community Chapel. Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will take place at Bliss Township Cemetery.
