Carl has touched many lives at Ottawa Elementary School. I have several Christmas treasures made by Carl, which my family and I enjoy each season....especially his folk-art "gumdrop tree" and pine tealight candle holders!!
Carl was most proud marching in the Memorial & July 4th parades in Harbor Springs.
I'm grateful for all my Carl memories:)

As a former teacher at Ottawa School, Carl not only was a great worker, but went beyond to help all of us. We depended on his winter weather reports and he was very creative at Christmas time! I often saw him at Bay Bluffs.
